Hike in buying interest lifts Asian MEG prices last week

Hike in buying interest in the region lifted MEG prices in Asia in the last week ended April 3.
In SE Asia, average prices rose by US$ 15/ton or 1.97 per cent and were assessed at US$ 855/ton in the last week, as compared to its previous week.
In India, average prices grew by US$ 15/ton and were quoted at US$ 855/ton in the last week, up 1.79 per cent from its previous week.
In China, average prices ascended by US$ 20/ton and were offered at US$ 845/ton in the last week, an increase of 2.42 per cent as against its previous week.
