Isko highlights importance of supply chain via Art&Indigo

Isko, a leading company for denim manufacturing, teamed up with other companies to emphasise the importance of a unique value chain at Art&Indigo which was organised during Amsterdam Denim Days.
“Creative Room, Isko’s style and research division, C&S, a garment maker and Tonello, a specialist in finishing technologies partnered Isko for Art&Indigo,” a press release from Isko said.
They were also accompanied by creative illustrator and artist Skulljan, who showcased the interaction of his special form of art in denims, thereby opening up to new talent and ideas.
Visitors were able to see and experience denim garments featuring Isko Reform, a fabric that fits perfectly to the body and makes the wearer look one size slimmer.
They were also able to feel and see Isko Xmen’s, a concept which offers decisive aesthetic and exceptional comfort due to an inner invisible flexible technology.
For the show, C&S contributed its exclusive garments designed specifically for the occasion and which were also customised on-site with artistic illustrations by Skulljan using Tonello eco-sustainable laser technologies.
The jeans on display were treated with Tonello EcoFree ozone-based washings, which make garments that are healthier for wearers, denim manufacturing workers and are environmentally friendly
The Art&Indigo concept was developed through a social media contest in collaboration with Add, where visitors were asked to share their denim outfit and appear directly on a LED wall in the Art&Indigo booth.
ISKO also teamed up with actress Denise Aznam, who has been nominated by Glamour magazine for ‘The Generation Glamour award’.
At the booth, Denise performed storytelling acts and artist Skulljan translated this with illustrations on the denim garments the actress was wearing.
