Croatia based AzonPrinter said it is showcasing a demonstration of its new line of UV flatbed printers, Razor at FESPA Cologne in hall 6, booth R-115.

“Razor's high performance, A3 format and superior print quality makes it the most competitive and versatile machine on the market,” AzonPrinter informed in a press release.

“Razor brings together the award winning printing technology with stronger, faster and more powerful LED curing system,” it added.

The long lasting, energy efficient UV LED lamp generates low levels of heat for printing directly on a wide range of surfaces and three-dimensional objects.

The 13 inches wide Razor can print directly onto PET, ABS, polycarbonate, TPU, wood, leather and other soft materials up to 20 cm height.

According to AzonPrinter, the advanced print head technology ensures the photo quality input up to 1440x5760 dpi.

Auto adjustable distance mode is specially designed for the flawless printing around the surface of the curved objects with a standard distance deviation of 2 mm or less.

Razor features Azon UV ink in CMYK, white and varnish for extraordinary color gamut, along with premium varnishing and embossing effects.

Alongside the new machine, Azon will present a wide range of DTS and DTG machines in A1, A2 and A3 format.

User friendly screen display, small-format UV LED solution, upgraded Rip software, printing quality and reliability are some of the many features to be shown at FESPA, Cologne.

Set up 15 years back, Azonprinter has a long tradition in designing, building and deploying the latest information technology in the digital industry and produces a wide variety sign and printing equipment.

Additionally, all printers are eco-sustainable and promote eco-friendly green technology and it has more than 80 distributors worldwide and covers different markets like graphic, sign, textile, embroidery, laser, etc.

In 2009, the company was named No.1 for direct to garment and direct to substrate printers at the ISS Long Beach show. (AR)
