European ethylene prices dip, stay steady in US last week

Ethylene prices dipped in Europe in the last week ended July 10 from weak downstream and upstream product prices in the region.
However, despite of bearish buying trend, average prices remained steady in the US last week.
In Europe, average prices fell by US$ 35/ton and were quoted at US$ 1215/ton in the last week, down 2.80 per cent as compared to its previous week.
In US, average prices were stable at 35 cents/pound in the last week, as against its previous week.
