European & US ACN declines from poor demand this week

Acrylonitrile (ACN) prices declined in Europe and US in the current week from poor downstream demand and lower feedstock prices.
In Europe, prices fell on the back of sluggish demand, ample product availability and weaker upstream product prices.
In US, export prices were assessed at US$ 1175/ton, lower by US$ 15/ton as compared to prices in the last week.
Prices were spotted at US$ 1240/ton in Europe, also down by US$ 15/ton as against prices in the previous week.
