European propylene falls & stays stable in US last week

Propylene prices fell in Europe in the last week ended July 31 due to weak upstream and downstream product prices in the region.
However, due to firm energy prices in the market, average prices were stable in the US.
In Europe, average prices slipped by € 30/ton or 3.23 per cent and were quoted at € 900/ton in the last week, as compared to its previous week.
In US, average prices remained steady and were spotted at 25 cents/pound in the last week as against its previous week.
