The 16th International Trade Fair Baltic Textile + Leather was held during September 12- 14, 2007 at Lithuanian Exhibition Centre. Lithuanian Apparel and Textile Industry Association organized this fair.

PARTICIPANTS OF THE CATWALK SHOW:
5 companies, 5 professional designs and 25 young designs, 35 new collections.

EXHIBITORS OF PROJECT “BALTIC WORK WEAR & SAFETY”:
46 companies: work wear and clothes of corporate fashion -15 companies; uniforms and accoutrements for the army and paramilitary structures -9 companies; working and special footwear -8 companies; technical textile -6 companies; work safety -8 companies.

Lithuanian Apparel and Textile Industry Association joins together 155 joint-stock companies and private firms of textile, clothing, leather, fur and footwear as well as other light industry production and services enterprises, providing jobs for more than 46.000 people. This is one of the key industrial branches of the country that influences very much the macroeconomic stability of the country.
