Surat Textile fixes record date for reduction of capital

Surat Textile Mills Ltd has informed that February 28, 2008 has been fixed as the Record Date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders for issue of fresh certificate of one equity share of the face value of Rs 1 each in the Company credited as fully paid up for every one equity share of Rs 10 each fully paid up held by them.
