Purchase the NuMetrex heart rate monitor sports bra (in red or razzleberry colors) through February, and the company will donate $5 to the American Heart Association.

“Our heart rate monitor sports bra makes a great gift from the heart, for the heart,” says NuMetrex Marketing Director Meg Burich. “It's a comfortable way to wear a heart rate monitor, because we knit flexible heart sensing fibers directly into the fabric of the garment. There's no hard plastic belt to strap around your chest.”

The NuMetrex Heart Sensing Sports Bra moves comfortably with the body, picking up the heart's pulse through stretchy fabric electrodes located across the chest band area. A tiny transmitter snaps into a pocket in the bra and transmits the heart rate data to a compatible wrist watch or cardio machine.

“If you love someone who loves to exercise and monitor their fitness, this is a great gift idea,” says Burich.

NuMetrex gift sets including the sports bra, watch and transmitter. To purchase the NuMetrex Heart Sensing Sports Bra or other NuMetrex products, visit NuMetrex.

Launched by Textronics Inc, in December 2005, the NuMetrex line of clothes that monitor the body provides a comfortable alternative to the cumbersome heart monitoring chest straps that tend to chafe, slip and loosen during workouts.

NuMetrex garments — including the Heart Sensing Sports Bra, Cardio Shirt for Men, and Racer Tank — offer seamless comfort combined with superior monitoring performance.
