EPCH to finalise the BOT operator for Vasant Kunj ICC

Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), Ministry of Textiles, Govt of India proposes to develop an International Crafts Complex (ICC) in the fast-developing Vasant Kunj Phase II area in south Delhi.
The 0.78 hectare (1.93 acres) plot has been allotted by the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) to the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India (MoT). EPCH has been designated as a project Co-ordinator to undertake the activity built and operate by third party.
The project is conceived as a mix of components with the closest parallel being provided by the Delhi Haat and to some extent the IHC.
The project will have commercially run components supporting the components with lower usage and limited revenue generation potential required to meet the MoT's and EPCH's primary objective of promoting handicraft exports from the country.
The services of an appropriately skilled firm (Project Consultant) is being sought to provide the necessary consultancy services to enable the EPCH is to finalise the BOT operator for ICC.
Project consultant will be required to do the following in consultation with EPCH: 1. Preparation of master time schedule. 2. Refinement of elemental cost plan 3. Preparation of advertisement for expression of interest for BOT operators for ICC. 4. Preparation of request for qualification document for BOT operators 5. Pre-qualification of the BOT operators. 6. Preparation of tender for BOT operators.
