LyondellBasell to exhibit at NPE 2009 trade fair

LyondellBasell Industries announced that it will participate in the triennial international NPE 2009, to be held June 22-29 at Chicago's McCormick Place. The company's 6,500 square ft. booth will be located in the popular South Hall, at space no. 42000.

Anton de Vries, President of LyondellBasell's Polymers Division said, "NPE 2009 presents an excellent opportunity for us to showcase our expanded polyolefin offerings as the new LyondellBasell.

With global capacity leadership positions in polypropylene, polyethylene and advanced polyolefins, we have a wide range of innovative resins in our extensive portfolio - NPE gives us the platform to illustrate the value these resins can deliver to our customers."

LyondellBasell and its predecessors have exhibited in every NPE since the show's inception in 1946.

According to NPE sponsors The Society of the Plastics Industry, the 2009 show will be the largest global gathering of plastics industry professionals under one roof and is expected to attract over 75,000 attendees from 114 countries around the world.
