Nova Mosilana, a textile company in Czech Republic, managed to keep its sales above Kc2.7 billion in 2007. Moreover, experts believe that the firm will continue to maintain the levels even in the future.
Although, the company has not revealed the exact figure of its profit, it is quiet evident that this positive trend is likely to be carried forward in the coming years.
After years of expansion, the company now aims to focus on stabilization of its production as well as its overall growth.
Known to be the biggest textile manufacturer in Czech Republic, Nova Mosilana is also the largest employer in the Brno region engaging some 1,142 workers.
Almost the entire produce of the company is exported to countries like Germany, Italy, USA and France. Besides, it has also achieved success in Russia, Japan and other Asian countries.
Moreover, with the support of its parent group Marzotto, it nearly supplies its products to every part of the world.
However, there are a few problems faced by the company which includes, firming of crown and high energy prices. This has caused losses to southern Moravian textile producers whose sales fell by 3 percent compared to the previous year.
