Govt backs production of energy saving knitting washing machines

After the Spring Festival, the Board Chairman of JiangYin Found Dyeing & Printing Machinery Co Ltd will start research and investigation on a number of equipments. This step will be undertaken because the company will indulge in buying new machines for the expansion of its production capacity.

Research and development on the project of industrialization of high-effective energy-saving knitting full-width washing machines was successfully completed by the company.

So far, JiangYin Found Dyeing & Printing Machinery Co Ltd has sold about 20 sets of high-effective energy-saving knitting full-width washing machines and has more orders in store for the current year.

Moreover, the Government has lent its full support to the company by giving it the opportunity to produce 80 sets of these energy saving machines every year.

The conventional washing equipment processes were very backward causing serious damage to the quality of the product.

However, with the introduction of this high-effective energy-saving knitting full-width washing machine in 2005, all the processing requirements of high-grade knitting elastic fabric are successfully met. Besides, the equipments help save 70 percent of water, 40 percent gas, and 30 percent additives.
