Market analysis says there are several reasons for the vulnerable market of polyester/ polyester composite yarn. Firstly, overall marekt trend of polyester has been weak, which impacts the transaction price of polyester /polyester composite yarn.

Secondly, fabric production in lower reaches has not touched full operational rate; Thirdly, polyester/polyester composite yarn lacks purchasing power, inventories of polyester / polyester composite yarn have increased dramatically in the market, now that the supply is larger than demand, market price has been affected.

According to factory owners, current price of polyester / polyester composite yarn has reached an unprofitable state, enterprises are struggling at the edge of break-even. Some manufacturers have limited their production or diversified beyond polyester / polyester composite yarn. So, the supply and demand relationship of polyester / polyester composite yarn is expected to have some change in the future.
