DECORATION + DESIGN once again to co-locate with FURNITEX

DECORATION + DESIGN Melbourne, Australia's premier soft furnishings and interior products Trade Fair will be held at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre from Thursday 17 July – Sunday 20 July 2008.

Recognised as a 'not to be missed' event on the annual design calendar, its innovative program of events for the furniture, furnishings and design industries attracts more than 16,000 local and international visitors.

Expected to again attract significant interest at the Fair is the prestigious furniture design competition, VIVID – Vibrant Visions in Design. A select group of the country's emerging young designers will present their newest and most innovative creations in the categories of Commercial, Concept and Student.

One of the most popular installations at the Fair is sure to be the new Materials Inspiration Pavilion where emerging colours and themes for 2009/2010 and beyond will be showcased The line up of international guests who will be attending this year's Fair as part of the International Industry Seminar Series will be announced shortly.

DECORATION + DESIGN Melbourne is co-located with FURNITEX 2008, Australasia's largest furniture and furnishings Trade Fair.
