The new combined show in Shanghai:
Starting from 2008, a combined show known as “ITMA ASIA + CITME 2008” will be held in China, the show is scheduled to take place every two years in Shanghai.

This milestone event features the unique strengths of the international ITMA brand and China's leading textile event. ITMA ASIA and CITME are two of the most influential trade shows for the industry.

With all 126,500 sq. meters of stand space the exhibition, to be held from July 27 to 31, is guaranteed to be China's biggest-ever textile machinery show.

Energy saving:
Over the past few years the topic of specific energy consumption has become a prime issue with regard to manufacturing costs in textile production processes.

Besides raw material and capital costs in many countries, the share of the energy supply ranks third place within the cost categories.
