LyondellBasell restarts Houston FCCU unit

LyondellBasell Industries announced that its Houston refinery has returned the fluid catalytic cracking unit (FCCU) to service. The FCCU at the 268,000 barrels per day refinery was shut down for unplanned maintenance in late March.
