Kraton Polymers continues to experience unprecedented cost increases derived from raw material, energy and packaging costs.

As a result of these same cost drivers, effective June 1, 2008 we are also announcing a general price increase of 220 USD/MT, or 10 cents per pound, in North America and South America, for our SIS polymers and compounds.

We appreciate our customers' continued business and understanding as Kraton continues to manage these difficult economic challenges.

We continue to strive to be the innovation leader, providing polymer solutions and value-added services that enable our customers to differentiate and succeed in their markets.
