Lilo Beuzieron, CEO of Barotex Technology Corporation, confirms the hiring of Kann Capital, Ltd as its Investment Banker. Kann Capital will represent Barotex for its current and future growth funding requirements as the company prepares to open its first commercial manufacturing facility for its Barotex Fibers.

Kann Capital Ltd (KCL) is a specialty corporate finance institution offering financial advisory services to high growth oriented middle market companies. Garry Michael Kann founded KCL in 1994 with its headquarters in Century City, California.

“At this time we are very excited to have Kann Capital representing Barotex to the institutional marketplace as we formulate our current and future financial plan” comments Lilo Beuzieron. “We are very fortunate to have a banker that understands the composite materials market along with the firms in-depth knowledge of, and experience in, the aerospace industry.”

Mr. Kann comments, “We are very excited by the Barotex patented technology as it represents a truly disruptive product for the future of advanced composite type materials.”
