With challenging economic climate and housing market, many are decorating their first home like it was their second.

Beach themed décor is no longer reserved for the getaway condo or vacation house. Consumers are splurging where they can on decorating their first home and giving it the second home feel.

Popular among décor trends is the tropical or beach theme. While sunrooms, entertainment rooms and home bars naturally lend themselves to a tropical theme, many are considering a hint of the islands in various living spaces.

Whether it is quiet coastal harbors, nautical adventures or tropical paradises that inspires, Textillery Weavers newest line of luxury throws in Bahama blues offers the perfect accent for the recent wave of island décor.

Meeting the current trend, Textillery will introduce its blue color stories in various designs and textures. These new designs along with countless others will be on display July 17-23, 2008 during the Chicago Gift Show in the Diane Baker & Associates Showroom, no13-417 at the Chicago Merchandise Mart and August 16-21, 2008 during the New York International Gift Fair in the Accent on Design - Booth no 4121 “Who wouldn't want to keep a little of the Bahamas with them in the home?” says Rose.

“Blue is a stable favorite among consumers. Our most recent throws in the blue color story have a calming nature and vibrant feel that offers décor a conservative yet sophisticated take on a tropical, island theme.”
