The fifth China Machinery exhibition (Chinamac) is scheduled from July 23 to 26 in Ho Chi Minh City. This annual machinery show of China in Vietnam is one of the biggest Chinese exhibitions abroad.

More than 200 well established Chinese enterprises from various industries are expected to participate in this four day event. Nearly 250 stalls will be showcasing equipments related to various sectors including textiles. Along with the expo, several seminars and conferences will also take place for boosting trade between China and Vietnam.

Chinamac 2008, is regarded as a perfect platform for signing new business deals. In recent times, demand for high quality machinery has risen from Vietnamese entrepreneurs for improving the standard of their products, after becoming a part of World Trade Organization (WTO).

This yearly held exhibition, attracts a large number of participants and visitors. The machineries showcased here are of global standards, yet cheaper than those sourced from US and Europe.

The expo is jointly organized by the Vietnam Fair and Advertisement Company, Vietnam Association of Mechanical Industry, Ho Chi Minh City Industry Department, the China Council for International Trade Promotion along with few other Chinese companies.
