It has been found that the Maccabi Inc., gained 305,005 shares, individual par 200 kuna and the total nominal value of 61.001.000,00 kuna on condition that the shares sold at affordable terms of employees in accordance with the ESOP program. For the Company auditors were appointed Deloitte Ltd. from Zagreb and Revidicon Ltd. from Varazdin.
