Donghua develops series of corn textile products

Jiangsu Donghua Textile Co Ltd recently announced that after a year of aggressive study they have successfully developed a top-grade shirt fabric from the Ingeo corn fibre.
Donghua has been researching this new ecological fibre since 2007, improvising and modifying the spinning, weaving, dye and printing and other processes to Ingeo's requirements.
This Ingeo fabric has no trace of irritant quality and offer resistance from UV and sunlight rays. It is pleasant smelling and can be completely biologically degraded.
Insiders say that Donghua has applied for a patent for this Ingeo top-grade shirt fabric.
Meanwhile, Enterprise has also developed a series of corn yarn products, such as, corn/PTT, corn/bamboo/PTT and corn/cotton/PTT. These newest yarns products consist of corn fibre, bamboo fibre, cotton fibre or PTT.
These yarn products are estimated to bring a profit of over 5 million yuan within a year of commercial production.
