The New York Chapter of The International Furnishings and Design Association (IFDA) presents "Fashioning the Color Forecast" at the International Gift Fair and Home Textiles Market at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center on Tuesday, August, 19th.
The IFDA seminar features two leading authorities on color, who offer their expertise and insight into one of the most powerful tools in the world, and how it impacts on buying trends.
Leatrice Eiseman, Director of the Pantone Color Institute, color consultant, forecaster, and author will offer an insider's guide to color clues and fashion's key influences.
Eugenia Santiesteban, Senior Market Editor, Lifestyle at Domino magazine will discuss how trends are used by consumers to style their homes and how it affects the products they purchase.
Continental Breakfast will be offered at 8:30AM, followed by the Color Seminar from 9:00-10:30AM. The event is in Room 1A02-03 at the Javits Center (36th Street and 11th Avenue).
Maureen Klein, President of the New York Chapter, IFDA, announced that IFDA members will receive complimentary badges to the New York International Gift Fair/Home Textiles Market Week presented by George Little Management.
