Alongside with completion of the first stage, the realization of the second stage development tasks has been started, assuming the construction of new ethylene facilities, as well as construction of another new production facilities.
The Project value is more than 3 billion USD. After completion of the second stage, "KOS" should produce the commercial output amounting 120 billion roubles per year.
