Lakshmi Cotysn opts for Bruckner thermosol dyeing technology

The new concept of the POWER-COLORTHERM hotflue leads to a uniform drying of the dye due to homogeneous and anytime reproducible heat transfer of the drying air on the fabric. This aim is achieved by the thoroughgoing symmetry in the air circulation concept.

A special nozzle system pre-vents the heating of the rollers in the edge area for all fabric widths. Thus an edge overdrying with dye migration via heated rollers is not possible. Several unique features provide for a flexible, equalizing, crease-free fabric run for articles of all weights and substrates.

The required result is achieved mainly by large roller diameters, short roller pivots, short distance of the vertical fabric run and momentum-controlled individual drives with respectively one inverter for each roller. The described possibilities allow to consider the requirements of the most difficult articles in order to achieve a high-quality dyeing.

It goes without saying that all setting parameters of the line can be memorized for each individual article in the styles management program and called in anytime. This ensures constant high-quality dye-ing.

After the successful production start of the first thermosol range at Shri Lakshmi a second range of Brückner Textile Technologies is currently being installed. This ensures the further production in-crease for the highest quality requirements.
