IFAI conducts business climate survey

Industrial Fabrics Association International revealed the latest findings of a U.S. pulse survey of end-product fabricators in the specialty fabrics industry.
According to IFAI Market Research Manager Jeff Rasmussen, 168 responding companies provided insights on the general health of 20 product segments in the U.S. specialty fabrics industry's current and future outlook in terms of sales and employees.
For example, 45 percent of those surveyed reported increased sales in the first six months of 2008 versus the same period in 2007.
The Industrial Fabrics Association International (IFAI) is a business trade association promoting the products and innovations of the specialty fabrics industry, and has 2,010 member companies in over 54 countries.
