The Haglöfs history begins in 1914 when Victor Haglöf manufactured the first backpacks. Today, Haglöfs produce more than one million products annually - backpacks, sleeping bags, clothes and shoes. Haglöfs is present on fifteen different markets across Europe and Japan. The interest in the brand is huge and over the past ten years, the sales have grown by 16% annually. In Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Germany and the UK, Haglöfs operate its own sales companies.
In the other markets, the products are distributed through agents or distributors. Haglöfs fundamental view is that all economic development should be long-term and fully integrated with social and environmental aspects.
