Wool election countdown is on…

Australian Wool Innovation Limited shareholders are urged to ensure they meet the Monday 17 November deadline for voting in the election to fill five director vacancies on the AWI Board.
Voting closes that day in the eastern states at 4pm and in the west at 2pm daylight savings time.
Voters are asked to carefully complete the voting proxy forms and other authorities contained in kits mailed to shareholders late last month.
Under the voting requirements, shareholders may vote “For” up to five candidates only.
A shareholder's vote will be INVALID if he or she marks more than five “For” boxes.
Shareholders may mark their choice of 'Against' or 'Abstain' alongside the remaining boxes or they may choose to leave those boxes blank.
The fastest and most efficient way to register or update your vote is to go online at www.linkmarketservices.com.au.
Simply click on 'Proxy Voting' from the right hand menu, select 'Australian Wool Innovation' from the drop down list and log in using your shareholder details.
Should you require a hard copy replacement of the Proxy Form, please contact AWI's share registry Link Market Services toll free on 1800 113 373.
Shareholders who have voted already and who may have decided to change their vote may do so online or by post by the 17 November deadline.
The most recent proxy form received will automatically cancel any form previously submitted.
Alternatively, reply paid envelopes have been enclosed with the voting kits for the return of completed proxy forms and any relevant authorities.
Shareholders may also fax their completed forms and authorities to (02) 9287 0309.
The deadline for the return of completed proxies is 2pm Western Australian daylight savings time (4pm Australian eastern daylight savings time) on Monday 17 November 2008.
Shareholders can also cast their votes by attending the Australian Wool Innovation Annual General Meeting at 2pm Western Australian daylight savings time on Wednesday 19 November 2008, at the Belmont Park Racecourse, Victoria Park Drive, Burswood, Western Australia.
