Zevotek provides synopsis of revolutionary 'CatchMop' nano-fiber
Zevotek Inc updated investors with a synopsis of the "CatchMop" line of nano-fiber cleaning products after announcing on Wednesday that it has entered into an agreement to sell and market the offering throughout the United States.
Catch-Mop is a new brand of state-of-the-art multi-purpose cleaning products made from high-tech nano-fabric (ultra micro-fiber, patented). The Catch-Mop is available in a number of form factors including cloth, pad or sponge-wrap as well as all shapes and sizes used in household and commercial cleaning environments (i.e., kitchen, bathroom, floor, window-seal, TV, appliance, furniture, automobile, boat, computer screen & keyboard, telephone & office equipment, golf ball & club, etc.).
The Catch-Mop product line also encompasses various Floor-Mops with handles (light-duty for homes and heavy-duty for institutional, commercial use) which are currently in preparation for market introduction.
Special Benefit: The Catch-Mop is able to clean virtually any surface imaginable without the use of chemicals or detergents and eliminate all types of tuff build-ups including dust

Technology: The Catch-Mop's compound yarn formulation undergoes a process of splitting and reducing, yielding much thinner fiber than Nylon micro-fiber or others. While the typical diameter of Nylon Micro-fiber is about 1.0 denier, ClemBon's fiber is about 0.1 denier. The fiber wrapping the mother yarn around is much thinner than 0.01 denier and therefore classified as Nano-Fiber.

Uniqueness: The Catch-Mop is composed of a very unique nylon/polyester compound structure (PE Mother Yarn is loosely wrapped around by Nano-Fiber forming "brush-like" fiber surface) that undergoes a proprietary process which results in increased stiffness/springiness properties. This provides the product with unique scrapping and lifting capabilities that allow it to optimally remove dust and grime particles stuck to virtually any surface. These fiber structures and formulation processes are patented, and unavailable in other Micro-fiber formulations offered by competitors.
