Mr Untersperger appointed as Chairman of Lenzing

At today's Supervisory Board meeting of Lenzing AG Mr Peter Untersperger was appointed Chairman of the Board from 1 January 2009. Mr Friedrich Weninger was appointed Member of the Board for a period of three years.

Consequently, the Board of Management from 1.1.2009 will consist of:
Peter Untersperger : Chairman of the Board
Christian Reisinger: Member of the Board
Friedrich Weninger : Member of the Board
