Avgol to set new PP Nonwoven Fabrics facility in Jingmen

Avgol, the leading global manufacturer and supplier of nonwoven fabrics has recently announced that it will invest RMB280 million for building a polypropylene (PP) nonwoven fabrics manufacturing unit at Jingmen in Hubei Province.
Avgol is bringing the new production line for its Chinese joint venture with Hubei Gold Dragon Nonwoven Fabric Co Ltd which is a producer of SMS composite Nonwoven fabrics in Jingmen site.
Official sources from Hubei Gold Dragon Nonwoven Fabric Co Ltd informed Fibre2fashion.com that the new facility is expected to produce around 15000 tons of nonwoven fabrics annually and is likely to start production in July 2009.
