Matsui International introduces Dyestone, a patented, new generation of textile colorants that meets Oekotex Standards. Unlike dyestuff or traditional pigment used for conventional dyeing and coloring, Dyestone X Color is an advanced product with Matsui s improved form of micro-encapsulating technology (ex: Chromicolor AQ Ink, Fine Color, Aroma Granule AQ Ink).

In addition to 15 colors of Dyestone X Color Series, available products include Thickener XA (Thickening agent), Fixer XA (cross-linking agent), and Printgen XA-1 (leveling & softening agent).

Dyestone can be processed in exactly the same stages as pigment printing and pigment padding.

Therefore, no complicated printing and dyeing steps for dyestuff are necessary such as steaming, washing, soaping, fixing, and other finishing processes. This is an energy saving, environmentally friendly product which eliminates discharge water.

This product fully complies with "Oekotex Standard 100". Throughout the dyeing process, Dyestone can save approximately 70% of water consumption and reduces approximately 60% of CO2 emission. Dyestone completely and fundamentally innovates conventional management practices.

Matsui International Company, Inc., a subsidiary of Matsui Shikiso Chemical Co. Ltd., which was founded in 1911, offers a wide range of pigment, ink and ink products for a broad range of applications, including the textile, wallpaper printing, transfer and specialty markets.
