Sales will be held in Sydney, Melbourne and Fremantle next week, when 51,318 bales are currently rostered for sale. Present estimates for the following two sales are 44,110 and 46,900 bales, respectively. A decrease of 4.6% over the three sale period when compared with last year.
In South African sales, where 12,557 bales were on offer, the Cape Wools Indicator was up by 3.3% since last sale against a 0.3% depreciation of the Rand against the US Dollar and a 0.2% appreciation against the Euro.
