Textiles & leather goods registered by NEPC for exports

The Nigerian Export Promotion Council (NEPC) has announced that, till date it has registered 15 items meant for export at the Kaduna International Trade Fair. NEPC has been participating in the fair since the inception of the fair and assists local companies to export their products.
According to an official of the fair, from amongst the products that have been registered are textiles, fabrics, leather and leather articles, handicrafts, minerals and other items and also expect many more such registrations during the last three days of the fair.
He said the Council was on the verge of identifying more products meant for export and would assist manufacturing companies in increasing non-oil exports and would identify the strengths and weakness of each product and help them produce of global standards.
