'Industrial Textiles' focused on into geotextiles & geogrids

A. Monforts Textilmaschinen GmbH & Co. KG, Germany, represented by A.T.E. Enterprises Private Limited and Karl Menzel Maschinenfabrik GmbH & Co., Germany, represented by Comtex Engg. (Bom.) Private Limited jointly held a seminar on “Industrial Textiles”at Orchid Hotel, Mumbai and The Park, New Delhi on 3 March, 2009 and 5 March 2009 respectively.

The seminar focused on technical textiles with a special focus into geotextiles and geogrids. With new innovations in technology resulting in new product developments, technical textiles provides versatile solutions to the industrial textiles with functionalized properties based on the kind of industrial requirement.

Mr. S Rajendran, Vice President of A.T.E. Enterprises Private Limited welcomed dignitaries from the textile processing industry.

The seminar highlighted the technological capabilities of Monforts and Menzel in this arena and help entrepreneurs to look at diverse business opportunities with better profit margins. Perhaps, this is the need of the hour.

Mr J Stillger of A. Monforts and Mr P Menzel of Karl Menzel made presentations on topics like superior solutions for geotextiles and coating / bonding processes.

Entrepreneurs and representatives from various sectors of Indian textile industry have attended this seminar and benefited. There were good interactions among the speakers and participants. Further, the participants expressed their happiness over this topic on industrial textiles.
