PHP GmbH takes over Diolen Industrial Fibers

The polyester business of Diolen Industrial Fibers GmbH – which went into insolvency in autumn 2008m, under the new name Polyester High Performance GmbH as a subsidiary of Polyamide High Performance GmbH. The takeover was completed on February 26th, 2009.
During the periode of insolvency the organization has been restructured. Polyester High Performance will start the business with about 240 employees.
Polyester High Performance will continue to stay a leading European polyester yarn company with an international reputation for developing and manufacturing high-tenacity polyester yarns.The main product are Diolen yarns – on the market since 1957 – which are used worldwide to strengthen a wide variety of industrial applications.
