Propylene prices rebound across all worldwide markets

Propylene prices continued to grow in the Far East Region for the third consecutive week. Propylene prices for FOB South Korea in Far East region rose substantially from last week's levels of US $701-706 to $801-806 per ton, a gain of nearly $100 per ton.
Propylene prices in European markets also followed suit. Propylene (polymerization level), FD Northwest Europe also rose considerably from €426-436 per metric ton to €526-436 per metric ton, but wonders of wonders, CIF Northwest continued to stay calm for the second week running at €426-436 per ton.
The US markets also rebounded after having fallen in the previous week and smartly rose to US cent 20.380-20.630 per lb on Thursday from US cent 19.755-20.005 per lb in the previous week.
