Siruba R&D team to display latest research results & machines at IMB

The year 2008 was a very difficult year for all the sewing machine manufacturers. Siruba, (Kaulin Mfg. Co Ltd) as a leading brand from Taiwan, also faced the big pressure from our global market. Fortunately, since many years hard working in sewing machine industry, we still had good sales performance in this area.
2009 will be a very challenging year for us to overcome. The worldwide financial crisis causes the very low demand of all equipments including industrial sewing machines. We are prepared to focus more on our R & D department and global sales channels.
In April this year, we are very proud to be involved in 2009 IMB Cologne Fair in Germany.
Every three years in Cologne Germany, IMB Cologne Fair has became one of the best-known and successful international exhibition in the world. This year Organizer estimates that it will have more than 40 countries and more than 600 companies take part in this event. For Siruba,we will also display our latest research results and latest machines from our R & D team which including two new machines into the market this year.
BH 790 Electronic High-speed Lockstitch Button Holing Machine:1. Digitalized operations and adjustments can be set or stored in the memory of the operation.
2. Through our advanced semi-dry technology, no lubrication is required except for the hook section. This achievement eliminates oil stains on the sewing products.
3. An electronic control feature has been adopted for the material feed mechanism, needle rocking mechanism, needle thread trimming mechanism, bobbin thread trimming mechanism, cloth cutting knife mechanism, and the presser foot lifting mechanism.
4. The presser foot lifter is driven by a pulse motor, and controlled by pedal, which can adjust the height of the presser foot at will.
5. The distance from the machine arm to the needle has been lengthened and the left side section of the needling point has been reduced by a large margin. This helps in the smooth placement of the sewing material on the machine, thereby ensuring improve production efficiency.
S007K High-speed small cylinder bed interlock stitch machine:1. Globally initiate pioneer design, super short cylinder. Only 22 mm from the side cover to the side of the presser foot. Much easier for operation.
2. Small cylinder design. The periphery is only 180 mm. Suitable to sew small caliber tubular type knitting fabric.
3. Patented differential feeding design, provide the absolute enough differential ratio feeding amount.
4. Brand new coactive lubrication design, which can extend the machine life greatly.
We believe that even the economy situation is not so good for the time being. Siruba still can run a very good way under the leadership of our President Lin and the efforts through out Siruba Global agents.
