'Viscose prices to rebound' – Experts

Referring to the trend of viscose industry this year, analysts from China Chemical Fiber Economic Information believe that viscose industry demand will rebound from its bottom by early May.
Price of viscose staple fiber, though are expected to decline compared to those prevailing in previous months, but are projected to once again perk up in July and prices will reach their zenith in 2010.
Referring to the market of viscose filament yarn, experts think the problems currently faced by the industry is not related to price alone, but has become a question of survival for most of them.
Currently viscose filament yarn industry is a loss-making industry as a whole. Experts suggest that the enterprises within the industry find more applications for viscose yarn usage with the help of downstream sectors.
