According to the Peru's Foreign Trade Office (ComexPeru), in the first three months of 2009, the total Peruvian textile exports stood at US $343.76 million. Devanlay Peru exported textiles worth $22.56 million, which is 25.56 percent less than the same period of 2008.
Topy Top took the second place in the list of exporters that exported textiles and amounted to $17.47 million, down by 35.57 percent as compared to first quarter of the previous year.
Confecciones Textimax took third position, with the exports totaling to $15.65 million during first quarter of 2009, which is a decrease of 36.57 percent over the same period of 2008.
