USA Triathlon is pleased to announce a renewal of its corporate partnership with Textile Solutions, a leading manufacturer of performance towels ideal for the multisport athlete.

As part of the agreement, Textile Solutions will continue to serve as an Official Supplier of USAT through 2009 and provide towels to participants at USAT Championship Events and to the USAT National Team and Trade Team programs.

“Textile Solutions has provided USA Triathlon and our athletes with outstanding performance towels again this year,” said Tim Yount, senior vice president of marketing and communications at USA Triathlon. “Last year's custom towels were a huge hit, and this year Textile Solutions raised the bar in producing towels for the USAT Trade Team complete with athlete names woven directly onto their individual towels. The finished look of the Textile Solutions product is unparalleled.”

“We are excited about renewing our partnership with USAT and are proud to be supplying the USAT 2009 Trade team with top-of-the-line transition towels made with environmentally friendly and super absorbent Modal fiber,” said Wolfgang Siemen, executive vice president at Textile Solutions.

Textile Solutions offers custom and promotional active lifestyle towels for sports teams, clubs, and events. Executive Vice President Wolfgang Siemen has 30 years of experience in the textile industry, enabling him to offer excellent counsel on product selection and design, as well as staying within budget.

USA Triathlon is proud to serve as the national governing body for triathlon – the fastest growing sport in the world – as well as duathlon, aquathlon and winter triathlon in the United States.
