Thiru. Dayanidhi Maran, Hon'ble Union Minister of Textiles, is visiting the textiles clusters at Palladam and Coimbatore on 16th June, 2009, to have an interaction with the powerloom weavers, textiles and clothing exporters and members of The Southern India Mills' Association (SIMA).

The visit is in a series of interaction which Thiru Maran has conceived to get inputs from the various interests of textiles industry to achieve the short, medium and long-term targets which the Minister has set for transformation of textiles and clothing industry.

Thiru. Thulasidharan said that Dr.B.K.Krishnaraj Vanavarayar, Past Chairman, SIMA will felicitate the Hon'ble Minister of Textiles. Thiru.
