Prices of polyester filament stay firm

In the past seven days, filament polyester price appeared firm in the Qianqing market, Zhejiang province, but trade volume did not enlarge enough and the support came mainly due to rising prices of polyester raw materials.
At present, local production and marketing rate of polyester filament is maintained at a good level, inventory pressure was not heavy, POY and FDY were slightly better in market demand, while DTY did not receive many enquiries.
Performance of POY yarn to be used in nets was fair, while texturizing filament enlarged its trade volume, and price rose by 100 Yuan per ton in general. DTY filament, used in porous nets still saw certain demand.
Fine denier FDY filament and semi-dull FDY still had buyers as supply pressures eased. Local polyester filament market is expected to maintain in stability in the short term.

POY 150D/48F: 9000-9100 Yuan / ton.
POY 300D/96F: 8800-8900 Yuan / ton.
DTY 150D/48F: 10400-10500 Yuan / ton.
DTY 300D/96F: 10000-10,100 Yuan / ton.
FDY 68D/24F: 10800-10900 Yuan / ton.
FDY 150D/96F: 9700-9750 Yuan / ton.
