Fleissner sells two spun-laced non-woven production lines in China

Fleissner Gmbh, a division of the Trutzschler group announced that it has sold two spun-lace non-woven production lines to China, which will further strengthen Fleissner's leading position in China's imports of spun-lace equipment.
One of the buyers is Shanghai BG Industrial Fabric Co., Ltd. a well-known LX-NONWOVEN carpet manufacturer. The production line is designed to produce spun-laced non-woven fabrics with weight as high as 600 gms/m2 grams.
Various raw materials like, PET, Nomex, PTFE, glass fiber, etc. can be used in these machines and these companies can also choose to process synthetic leather products with weight of 300 g/m2 or health materials with weight of only 80 g/m2 .
According to Mr. Rudiger Weinhardt, Sales Director of Fleissner, this new production line is the 'first of its kind' in the world and also added by saying that, China has huge market potential of high weight spun-laced non-woven fabric”.
Another high-speed production line has been sold to Shaoxing Hezhong Fibre Co. and is the fourth production line, which Shaoxing has booked from Fleissner and the production line is designed to mainly produce wiping cloth.
The production line can also be used in the production of plain, perforated and jacquard products. Mr. Rudiger said, "The Government provides loans to companies which will prove to be helpful to the development of non-woven industry”.
