Ethan Allen continues to expand its reach this month with the opening of new Design Centers in Raleigh, N.C., and Dubai, U.A.E. In addition to these new locations, the company is pursuing new locations in several markets in the U.S. and abroad.

"We are pleased that even during these challenging times we continue to move our business forward in both domestic and international markets," said Farooq Kathwari, Chairman, President and CEO of Ethan Allen. "Our new Design Centers, along with the recent introduction of our custom case goods and Interior Design Affiliate membership programs, offer consumers an affordable opportunity to achieve a custom-designed home interior."

Ethan Allen's new-concept retail footprints are a combination of innovative display and cutting-edge technology. The 10,000-square-foot Design Center in Raleigh holds a sampling of stylish products and inspirational room vignettes and a full range of design tools and services -- including the unique capabilities of Ethan Allen's website, ethanallen.com and the personal service of its design professionals.

Inspired by the success of the company's flagship Design Center, which opened in Manhattan last summer, the Design Center in Dubai is Ethan Allen's flagship of the Middle East. Located in the new Dubai Mall, the 12,000-square-foot Design Center projects Ethan Allen's unique perspective: Classic Design. Modern Perspective. (TM)

"Now more than ever, people are making home and family a priority," said Mr. Kathwari. "We are proud to offer the style, quality, interior design solutions, service, and products that make the interior design process easy for people and saves them time and money. Our new business expansion plans demonstrate how Ethan Allen is differentiating itself and will help to better serve and increase our client base."

Ethan Allen will be opening new Design Centers in Mt. Pleasant, S.C., Las Vegas, Nev., and Estero, Fla. in the coming months.
