The European Commission has issued a note recently, saying it plans to initiate anti-dumping investigations on imports of high tenacity polyester yarn.
This investigation will be done on yarn imported from China, South Korea and Taiwan on an application raised by the EU Man-made Fibers Association.
The Commission will formally start the probe in early September and exporting enterprises and their governments should be well prepared.
