Autumn cocoon arrives in Chinese markets

China's purchase of 2009 autumn cocoon has kicked off, acquisition price of autumn cocoon in western parts has been over 22,000 Yuan per ton, and acquisition level in some place of northern Jiangsu has been even more than 23,000 per ton.
At such an acquisition level of autumn cocoon, white steam filature has to achieve a balance by selling at 25,000-26,000 Yuan per ton as at present, selling price of White Steam Filature Class 5A is still under 23,000 Yuan per ton.
Recently some buyers displayed intention to purchase autumn cocoon at 28,000 Yuan per kg. At such an acquisition level, white steam filature, too has to realize a equilibrium by selling at 27,000-28,000 Yuan per ton.
A large number of China's autumn cocoon will come into the market in October.
