Teijin Fibers Limited, the core company of the Teijin Group's polyester fibers business, announced that it will promote its environmentally-friendly products and ongoing expansion into Hong Kong and South China at the upcoming Interstoff Asia Essential, in collaboration with Teijin Hong Kong Limited, a Teijin group company handling sales and import/export of textile materials globally.
Interstoff Asia Essential, a biannual exhibition for eco-textiles, functional and fashionable fabrics in Asia, will be held at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Hong Kong, from October 7 to 9.
The Teijin booth (Stand C08) will feature ECO CIRCLETM, a closed-loop recycling system for used polyester products employing Teijin's propriety chemical recycling technology. It will also introduce ECO CIRCLE Garment Accessories Association, an organization dedicated to promoting the enhanced recyclability of garments through the use of eco-friendly accessories. Teijin's recyclable fibers including ECOPET, a polyester fiber made from recycled PET bottles and ECO CIRCLE FIBERS, chemically recycled fibers produced from used polyester products, will also be displayed with various applications.
Teijin Fibers also participated in the last Interstoff Asia Essential in March, which featured 300 companies from 42 nations.
