Rieter Perfojet sells additional spunlace line to Eruslu

Rieter Perfojet has sold an additional spunlace line in the Turkish market to the Eruslu company, a well-known producer of BCF yarn and carpets located at Gaziantep. Eruslu already operates in the nonwovens industry, with a converting business for baby diapers and wipes marketed under the Sleepy brand name.
Some months ago Rieter Perfojet and the Eruslu company concluded a new project featuring the latest innovations in spunlace technology. In fact, Rieter is delivering a JETlace3000 hydro-entanglement machine and a PERFodry3000 dryer.
The complete spunlace line will have a total capacity of 12000 tons per year and will be dedicated to the production of lightweight fabrics from 30 to 100 gsm for wipes end-uses. The Eruslu company will produce state-of-the-art spunlace rolls from viscose, polyester, polypropylene or bleached cotton raw materials. In order to be more efficient, Eruslu decided to invest in the Rieter filtration system designed and customized to meet customers' needs and comply with local rules.
